Reset Password or Delete Account

Instructions for Resetting Your Password:

1. Enter the email address you used to register.
2. Enter the invitation code you used during registration.
3. Select the desired option from the menu below.
4. Click "Continue." If the email address and invitation code match, we will send a verification code to your registered email address.
5. Check your registered email and paste the verification code sent by OnionCloud into the "Enter Verification Code" field.
   • If you selected "Set New Password" in step 3, you will see a dialog to create a new password. Follow the security prompts to create your new password.

Instructions for Deleting Your Account:

1. Enter the email address you used to register.
2. Enter the invitation code you used when registering.
3. Select the desired option from the menu below.
4. Click "Continue." If the email address and invitation code match, we will send a verification code to your registered email address.
5. Check your registered email and paste the verification code sent by OnionCloud into the "Enter Verification Code" field.
   • If you selected "Completely Delete My Account" in step 3, we will completely delete all your data from the system. Note: This operation is irreversible.
